Tonight's the night... it's gonna be alright...

Tonight's the night... it's gonna be alright...

Well at least that's what I am thinking. I'm excited Seasons is finally having it's first theatrical screening tonight at Riverspace in Nyack. Apparently strangers are actually paying to buy tickets. Cool!

I was happy on Monday, (I am generally happy on Mondays) because I was uploading some trailers and assorted stuff to IMBD (Internet Movie database) and noticed that the film was listed in theatrical release showtimes. It is one of those small little tickles that you get when your film finally starts to get out there.

In any case we have had some fun promoting it for the Riverspace Venue. We did a radio interview last week with Mercedes Ross on a local station and then this morning WHUD's Mike and Kacey gave it a plug during the morning show. They have been really cool and supportive. They both saw the original 12 minute trailer over two years ago while we were still in production. They had hosted the Q&A for a short film evening we presented at the Paramount Center where we screened among other shorts our own 38 Minute masterpiece Sex & Camping.

The film also got accepted to two more festivals this week. The Fuzzb Family Film Festival in Kentucky and importantly the New Jersey State Film festival which takes place at the end of November. I'm planning a cozy weekend down at Cape May to catch some flicks.

Keep checking in and if you can catch the film tonight do so, otherwise there will be other opportunities straight down the line.
